Sehr gut
Beschreibungen und Aufbauanleitung waren sehr verständlich. Sehr gut bis ins Detail durchdachtes System. Sehr positiv, dass die Sicherheit eine große Rolle spielt. Die Zeit für den Aufbau wird meines Erachtens als viel zu kurz angegeben.

Took a while for delivery but no more than advised on their website . Everything we needed was delivered, and my husband put it up in 3 days.

Great product, good quality ...
Great product, good quality. Ordering process was straightforward and delivery time was accurate. Arrived in a ‘lot’ of pieces and instructions stated approx time to assemble was approx 6 hours for 2 people. Took a bit longer but wasn’t a problem. Only (slight) complaint we had was that a couple of the pieces of wood had splits in them, once taped up all was ok.

Toller Spielturm
Toller Spielturm. Die Anleitung ist sehr ausführlich und gut, man muss sich ein wenig Einlesen. Die angegebene Montagezeit ist allerdings sehr sportlich, auch für geübte Handwerker, wenn man die Bohrungen halbwegs optisch stimmig ausführen möchte. Alle Teile sogar inkl. benötigten Bohrer und Montagematerial etc wurden mitgeliefert. Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb der im Internet angegeben Lieferzeit. Einziges Manko war, dass die Spedition spät abends eine Email geschrieben hat, dass sie am nächsten Tag kommen. Verschieben ließ sich die Lieferung um maximal zwei Tage. Hier wäre ein bisschen mehr Vorlaufzeit sinnvoll. Mit der Abstellgenehmigung hat es allerdings prima geklappt.
