Our complete playground equipment, towers and swings etc. are prepared for shipment in one of our local distribution centers and shipped with a carrier.
The accessories and (spare) parts are sent by us within one working day from our central warehouse with a parcel service. As soon as a shipment is shipped you will receive a track and trace code with which the shipment can be tracked or a delivery date will be agreed upon with you.
We process your order after receipt of the payment confirmation. Your order will then be produced, assembled and packed in one of our distribution centers (approx. 5-8 working days). As soon as the order is ready for shipment, our carrier will contact you within 2 working days to make a delivery appointment.
Delivery not complete?
It is our aim to have your order delivered in one go. In some cases, however, the items come from different distribution centers and the order is divided into two deliveries. This does not affect the cost of delivering your order. Check the delivery using the supplied packing slip.
Can I choose a day and time of delivery myself?
The delivery takes place on working days between 8.00 and 18.00 hours. In general, a delivery time can be agreed upon with the transport company for a specific day and part of the day.
Our local fulfillment centers and our transport companies do everything in their power to meet the agreed delivery times. However, in some very busy periods in spring combined with national holidays, both production and delivery times can be delayed by a few days.
We supply all over Europe and work together with local distributors. These local fulfillment centers have our products in stock and combine them with the right timber package. For some regions, postcode areas and islands there is a longer delivery time and possible extra costs.
What to expect from the delivery?
The playground equipment is delivered flat packed as a large package. The package is heavy and is often unloaded with a pump truck / forklift. The delivery address must therefore be easily accessible for a truck. Make sure you are present on the day of delivery, during the agreed period to sign for receipt of the delivery. The order will be unloaded next to the truck on the pavement. In exceptional cases it may be necessary to unload by hand, the driver may ask for your assistance.
Transport damage, shortcomings or discrepancies
If you observe (transport) damage at the time of delivery, you should record this immediately on the transport manifest. Within 7 days after delivery, check the order for its completeness and assembly using the packing slip and the manual.
